Flying Colours Corp. the Canadian headquartered maintenance, completion and refurbishment specialist will be promoting the rebranding of its US subsidiary, previously known as JetCorp Tech Services Inc., to Flying Colours Corp. KSUS when it exhibits at this year's American National Business Aviation Association meeting in Las Vegas 22 - 24 October. The decision to rename the company's St. Louis, USA based facility will have the effect of bringing the full scope of Flying Colours Corp. service provision under one company name; and serves to align the operational activities at the two locations which now mirror each other in terms of capabilities and output.
JetCorp Tech Services Inc was purchased by Flying Colours Corp. in 2009 to complement its expansion plans in the USA, and since then has developed a thriving MRO, completions and avionics facility that complements the Peterborough activity. "Until now JetCorp Tech Services has been run under its own name but with our continued expansion the time was right to bring the operation under the single Flying Colours Corp. banner," says Sean Gillespie, Executive VP, about the rebrand. "We have experienced significant growth in our maintenance activity, in addition to our completion and refurbishment side, and much of this has been underpinned by activity at JetCorp. It now makes sense to unify the St Louis facility under the one company brand as we aim to provide a seamless image to the market place," he continues.
Supporting the rebrand of the St Louis facility, Flying Colours Corp. will also be presenting its own sharpened look and feel which maintains the original logo, but brings a contemporary feel to the brand. This will be reflected in the new NBAA exhibition booth, am updated website, and a reworked corporate brochure integrating the St Louis and Peterborough facility service offerings. News of the renaming and freshened brand follows hard on the heels of the announcement that Flying Colours Corp. is well under way on a $3.5 million dollar expansion plan at its Peterborough, Ontario headquarters where it will be increasing its large cabin maintenance capabilities and looking to explore opportunities for wide body activity.
