On Air Dining, one of the world's leading inflight dining experience providers, and Gama Aviation will be delivering the first-ever live culinary demonstrations to take place at the European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE), during the show in Geneva this month. A range of signature dishes from the On Air Dining seasonal menu will be demonstrated twice a day throughout the show on the Gama Aviation booth # V045. Daniel Hulme, CEO, On Air Dining and Colin Barnett, Executive Chef, On Air Dining will lead the half-hour culinary demonstrations at 11am and 2pm each day.
Hulme has teamed up with Gama Aviation, one of the globe's leading business aviation service providers, to enable the first ever, live culinary demonstration. He comments: "We are extremely excited to be pioneering live demonstrations at EBACE as it perfectly reflects the innovative nature of our business. We anticipate that flight attendants, business jet operators, corporate flight departments and aircraft brokers looking to enhance their inflight dining provision will be interested in attending the sessions." On Air Dining has worked with Gama Aviation for some time. Its presence on the Gama Aviation booth perfectly reflects the interactive nature of the business.

The culinary team will showcase the cutting edge food plating system and modern styling for which On Air Dining is so well known. A total of six delicious dishes including two each of starters, main courses and desserts will be showcased. Delegates will be treated to tasty morsels from dishes such as Miso Braised Cod with Sesame Bok Choy and Shitake Broth; Filet of Beef with Horseradish Chips and Tomato Fondue; Seared Yellow Fin Tuna Niçoise with Soft-boiled Quails Eggs and Fennel Mayonnaise; Heritage Tomato Salad with Buffalo Mozzarella, Baby Basil and Aged Balsamic; Rose Water Poached Rhubarb and Custard Cream and Cherry and Chocolate Mille Feuille.
To reflect the company's commitment to selecting only the very best produce for its clientele On Air Dining's chefs will also provide tastings of a number of its more select ingredients. Cured venison, smoked beef, award winning smoked salmon and a collection of handcrafted British cheeses will all be available to enjoy. For caffeine lovers there will be an opportunity to sample the rich aromas and taste of the world's most exclusive coffee.
Recognising that each country has its own gastronomic style, and to better serve discerning clients, On Air Dining has also partnered with a number of Michelin star restaurants to provide national flavours. Indian, Russian, Japanese and Halal menus are available for those looking for authentic dishes of the highest quality. Since the concept was launched, the company has served hundreds of international clientele from monarchs, to heads of state, worldwide CEO's and celebrities with its own imaginative menu or cuisine specific selection.
On Air Dining relocated to new 4000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art headquarters in the Diamond Hangar at Stansted Airport last year. The company is internationally renowned for its expertise in training and food handling and Daniel Hulme has served as Vice Chairman of the European Corporate Aviation Flight Attendants Committee, endorsed by NBAA/EBAA, for two years.
