Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC), the world's largest regional aircraft leasing and trading company, today announced a further strengthening of its top management team as its growth in the sector continues apace.
The new arrival to the top management is Michael Østerlund Madsen, who joins NAC as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Management, effective March 15, 2016.
Having held several executive positions in The East Asiatic Company Ltd. A/S (EAC), Michael Østerlund Madsen's most recent position was as Group CFO and member of the Executive Board. Prior to that, Michael Østerlund Madsen was Head of Group Accounting at EAC's Group Operational Centre in Singapore. His career also includes financial and managerial positions within international companies in Denmark, The Netherlands and Saudi Arabia.
Michael holds an EMBA from IMD, Switzerland as well as degrees in Management & Business Finance and Economics from Aarhus Business School. He has also completed executive training at CBS/SIMI executive, Warton Business School and Kellogg School of Management.
