JETS, the independently owned UK business aviation MRO, participating at EBACE in Geneva, Booth A065, announced today that it has been selected by NetJets to provide full Base and Line Maintenance Support for their newly introduced Embraer Phenom 300 aircraft operating in Europe.
JETS' Bournemouth, South Coast facility will duly hold 'Limited Service Centre' status for the Phenom 300, with the full endorsement of Embraer. JETS Sales Manager, Daniel Rogers said: "We are delighted to have been selected by a highly valued customer of nearly 10 years to extend our support on the Phenom 300 and have the backing of Embraer in extending us limited service centre status. We look forward to developing our relationship with Embraer in the future."
A further innovation, which is extended to all Embraer Phenom 300 operators worldwide, is the introduction of a dedicated Aircraft on Ground (AOG)/Line Maintenance Support Unit, launched in response to JETS' ever developing customer base. Equipped with a state-of-the-art fully equipped response vehicle, JETS can provide experienced licensed engineers at short notice and around the clock to return an aircraft to service, or if necessary, have it ferried to a maintenance base.
JETS has grown year on year since its formation in 2004 and continues to expand its capability. It recently enhanced its services by introducing a seven days a week, 12 hours a day shift pattern in its engineering department. This provides a full maintenance service for customers from 7am to 7pm and 364 days a year.
This latest recognition complements JETS' present capacity as a Dassault Authorised Service Centre for line maintenance on the Falcon 900 and 2000 series at its London Biggin Hill facility. Additionally, JETS holds approvals for Dornier 328, Bombardier Challenger and Learjet Cessna Citation and Hawker family of aircraft
