Just a stone's throw away from the Airshow site and within easy reach of London and all the main Olympic events, TAG owned Aviator hotel is already gearing up for the next Farnborough International Airshow (9-15 July) and the London Olympics (27 July -12 August). The hotel has already received bookings for the summer months and is now urging clients to book early to guarantee the ultimate in comfort and convenience, and to avoid the inflated prices of London Hotels.
For guests checking in for the Airshow Aviator will offer a number of key benefits including a private fast track entrance to the show, a complimentary car parking space and a selection of special rates for bed and breakfast. Whilst for exhibitors and trade visitors who want the ultimate convenience of entertaining "on site" Aviator is offering a wide range of innovative and flexible corporate hospitality packages. New for 2012, the hotel is offering a range of chalets on the lawn adjacent to the hotel and Airshow, enabling executives to impress VIP clients in exclusive surroundings with prime views of the air display. Offered with complete flexibility in mind, clients can choose to hire a chalet for just one day, two days or the entire week.
Specially designed corporate hospitality lunches and afternoon teas prepared by Executive Chef, Andrew Donovan will be on offer in the Chalets and Brasserie. These packages will incorporate three course meals, fine wines, entrance tickets to the show, car parking and a corresponding outside terrace table providing exclusive viewing of the daily Airshow.
All Aviator's meeting rooms, and the Sky Bar are also available as tailored "chalets" with full business facilities, for pre-show press events, product launches or for exclusive corporate entertaining during the show.
General Manager Michael Helling said: "Our Airshow product range has been designed with complete flexibility in mind. A wide range of choices both before and during the show are on offer to suit a number of different needs and are ideal for businesses that want to entertain guests but don't need a presence all week. We're anticipating legal firms, financiers, and other aviation suppliers will take advantage of the opportunity to entertain their VIP guests in fine surroundings. We would urge clients to book early though to make the most of our prime location, excellent services and unique facilities."
Farnborough is a designated Olympic airport and with just a year to go, Aviator is anticipating a busy time. The hotel has already secured bookings from a number of sponsors for the entire games period. With easy access to central London by road via the M3 and M4 motorways, within 35 minutes via mainline railway into Waterloo and within 15 minutes of the London Heliport by Helicopter, Aviator offers a convenient, and cost effective option compared to London hotel pricing.
The Aviator team will be participating at Europe's premier business aviation show EBACE an will be represented on the TAG Group stand 7020, during 17-19 May in Geneva to promote the full benefits of the hotel and its packages to industry executives. The hotel will be launching a new website later this month which will reflect Aviator's updated branding and be more interactive for users.
