To ensure secure, comfortable and efficient service his Holiness will fly on Grossmann Jet's Embraer Legacy 600 between the east and western European cities.
"It is not a matter of luck that we are escorting his Holiness again," says Dagmar Grossmann, CEO and founder of the central European aviation business: "The Dalai Lama's secretary has worked with us before and recognizes Grossmann Jets Service dedication and consistent striving for the excellence. Having had previous positive experiences the team has elected to use our services again for the esteemed leader. Our attention to detail, our focus on the things that matter, the continual personal attention and the overall quality of the service is the key to winning back clients as important as his Holiness."
Grossmann Jet is already recognized with in the aviation industry for the personal attention to detail and was amongst the first business aviation companies in Central Europe to enhance its onboard services by providing customized iPads to each client on board.
Grossmann is always looking to be one step ahead of the competition and recognizes that the small details will make a big difference. "We are one hundred per cent committed to paying close attention to client requests, specific requirements and changing needs which has resulted in a high number of repeat clients frequently returning to use our services. The Dalai Lama is of course one of the most distinguished clients but we like to provide the same level of service to all our passengers," comments Grossmann.
