With less than six months to go until the Farnborough International Airshow 2012 (9-15 July, 2012), TAG-owned Aviator is setting out its stall for some unrivalled corporate hospitality following the success of its full occupancy during the 2010 event.
The boutique hotel, which boasts its own private fast-track entrance directly to the Airshow's chalets and halls, reports that the majority of its 169 bedrooms and suites have already been reserved for the duration of the show. It has also seen a strong early take up for its renowned dining facilities with several of its private dining rooms already booked.
Now, the hotel is turning its attention to corporate hospitality and creating the perfect environment for industry networking at its popular Brasserie Restaurant. For larger gatherings, the Sky Lounge on the fourth floor provides an unrivalled view of the runway and together with the Sky Bar can also be fully branded for cocktail receptions or pre show media briefings.
Clientele booking Farnborough Airshow corporate packages at Aviator before the end of April 2012, qualify for special rates from £175 per person in the Brasserie, which include Champagne on arrival, and three course menu created by Executive Chef Andrew Donovan and his team, open bar until 5:30 pm, afternoon tea, car parking and a corresponding outside terrace table, providing exclusive viewing of the daily Airshow.
"As we demonstrated during Farnborough 2010, Aviator is perfectly located for entertaining in first class style," said General Manager Michael Helling. "We look forward to welcoming more corporate clients this year who want to do something a little different and offer a more personalised service for their important guests." Brandon O'Reilly, CEO, TAG London Farnborough Airport confirmed the airport will be using Aviator again this year: "2012 is an important year for us and we intend to make the best impression possible with Aviator providing a terrific showcase for the business aviation fraternity, right on the perimeter of Britain's only dedicated business aviation airport."
