As momentum builds for the third annual CEPA Expo 2012 at the Prague Congress Centre (29th to 30th November), CEPA is pleased to announce a joint initiative with networking event 'The Business Aviation Supper Club'. CEPA Expo will uniquely kick off with the hugely popular social networking and dining club on the evening of 28th November at the Hotel Corinthia.
"CEPA Expo will continue the success of the last event by gathering members of the business aviation community who have an active interest in the Central and Eastern European region. The Central and Eastern European region is an area that is increasingly respected and is a rapidly developing market", said Dagmar Grossman founder of CEPA. "Business aviation in the CEE offers the same standards as the international community and increasingly projects a global identity".
The connections between international homologous industries provided by CEPA are extremely important," she continues. CEPA provides the opportunity to allow delegates from both east and western Europe to discuss trends, keep up to date with latest industry news and shape business aviation by actively taking part.
This year's event will also stand out due to some innovative use of social media. Utilisation of twitter based technology is being introduced to keep the audience engaged and participating. The conference has also been designed to enhance the speakers experience and generate greater interactivity with the audience.
This will be the first time that The Business Aviation Supper Club has ventured outside the UK. "I am delighted to bring the Supper Club to Prague, said CEPA Chairman Brendan Lodge. "It offers delegates and members a great opportunity to forge new contacts and renew old ones with the potential for developing new business in the region. The CEE has massive opportunities for investment in business aviation and we hope to make this event the most international ever."
CEPA is a voluntary, non-governmental and non-profit members association which co-ordinates the interests of executive aviation manufacturers, operators, airports, service providers, training establishments, fixed wing and rotary brokers to improve standards and best business practice in the region. Supporting services including financial, legal, insurance and publishing companies are also welcomed.
The Association's primary goal is to represent its members' interests to support the growth of private aviation in the Czech Republic and abroad. For the future CEPA plans to develop an educational arm which will be responsible for providing information and data about the current climate in business aviation in Central Europe.
