Alison Price On Air appoints Jane Cox to Office Support Manager.

Executive jet in-flight experience provider Alison Price On Air, part of the Alison Price Group, has appointed Jane Cox to a new role as Office Support Manager, effective immediately.

Until recently, Jane worked as a freelance chef at the company. In the newly created role, Jane will work closely with the company's Managing Director, Daniel Hulme to support the increasing business activity at the in-flight dining provider.

On a day to day basis, Jane will be responsible for liaising with flight attendants, flight operations' teams and senior management personnel to help fulfil customer orders. She will also work closely with the company chefs to confirm ingredients, handle special dietary requests and respond to customer enquiries.

In addition the role will be responsible for streamlining existing processes and developing new systems to better serve the rapid growth of the business.

Jane brings a wealth of commercial and operational experience to the role following 27 years in a variety of food related roles at M&S Head Office including Foods Buyer, Foods Category Merchandiser, European Supply Chain Manager and most recently Franchise Trading Manager. In 2010, Jane left M&S to join Leiths School of Food and Wine where she trained as a Chef.

Commenting on her new appointment, Jane says: "I love and understand food and cooking but realise that my true passion lies in the business world.
