Vueling is also introducing new London Gatwick-Barcelona flights for next summer.
Vueling, the new generation airline, will commence new daily flights from London Heathrow to Palma Mallorca with the introduction of its summer timetable on 23 March 2013.
The decision to fly to Palma reintroduces a popular route that has not been served from London's No. 1 airport since 2009. The new route will offer a total of 75,600 seats, which are now on sale at www.vueling.com with competitive lead in fares from just £48.38 (€59.99).
Vueling will utilise one of its Airbus A320 aircraft, operating from Heathrow Terminal 3, where it currently operates daily flights to La Coruna and Bilbao.

The London Heathrow-Palma Mallorca announcement comes hot on the heels of news that Vueling will also commence new twice-daily London Gatwick-Barcelona flights starting from 22 March 2013. A total of 158,040 seats will be available on the route with lead in fares starting from just £36.29 (€44.99).
Vueling's Edinburgh-Barcelona services will return for the summer season and Vueling's four Cardiff routes to Barcelona, Alicante, Palma Mallorca and (new for 2013) Malaga, bring the total number of UK routes Vueling will operate next summer to nine.
"We are delighted to be bolstering our London Heathrow services with this popular route to Palma Mallorca," said Vueling CEO Alex Cruz. "This is going to be hugely welcomed by the strong expat community and together with the introduction of London Gatwick-Barcelona flights, also commencing at the end of March, our expanded services from the UK capital form a key part of what will be a fourth consecutive year of growth."
Palma is an expanding base for Vueling and with this direct connection from London Heathrow the airline will be offering 14 direct routes from Palma next summer, including high frequency services from its El Prat Barcelona base.
The island of Mallorca, the largest of Spain's Balearic Islands, located in the Mediterranean Sea, is one of Europe's top tourist destinations, renowned for its beautiful beaches, fabulous fiestas and gastronomic delights.
The island has something for everyone - from the mountains in the north to the fine, pale sands of secluded coves and from the ancient villages to the modernism of the island's capital, Palma. The old and new have developed side by side to create a matchless mixture unique to Mallorca.
All Vueling passengers will enjoy free allocated seating and will have access to Vueling's new concept, Business Excellence, featuring differentiated cabin seats, access to VIP lounges, priority boarding, ergonomic head rests, snacks and refreshments on board, extra loyalty points and total flexibility to appeal to the 40% of travelers who will use the route for business.
