Kam Jandu, Budapest Airport's Aviation Director comments: "We are extremely pleased to welcome these routes as they broaden the flight offering from Budapest. As Greece's largest airline it's good to see Aegean reinstate the popular and important Athens route. We are equally pleased to see the introduction of transavia.com's service to the commercially and strategically important city of Rotterdam. We anticipate that they will both be very popular routes. The Athens route will fulfil the growing demand for short city breaks and the Rotterdam route will be a particularly important business destination. Norwegian's flights to Helsinki will meet the needs of all travellers, and further extends our relationship with the airline. We look forward to working with all the airlines to ensure the routes are a success."
